Weight Loss Tips!!!!! LOOSE THAT 70 POUNDS HELP!!!!?

Me and my little sister are going to loose weight, during the rest of the summer and so on. I need to loose about 70, she is the same too. I just need some recipes, no exercise I know what to do, but healthy meals. Maybe a website or two.

    When you are losing weight, you should exercise and diet together.

    calculate points or to buy special meals or plans. For exercising,
    start with walking, and then switch to running/jogging. Running is the
    most efficient and calorie-burn exercise ever. If you are overweight a
    lot, walk first or you may have health complications (heart attack,
    disjointed bones and so on). Weight lifting is a good means to target
    your problem areas for men and women. It’s not necessarily to become a
    bodybuilder or even join a gym – a couple of dumbbells will help you
    to target your problem areas (stomach, butt, legs, arms, chest).

    Well I heard that You have to maintain a good metabolism, like 4-6 small meals a day.I lost 1 pound in 3 days just by excercising 2 hours a day and having 4 small meals. Cut out Peanut Butter/Greasy Foods/ Deep Fried Foods. try to eat lean meat and egg whites and most importantly protein shakes. and if it would still help try looking up exercise videos on youtube. diethealth/charlesjames1975/expert village/video jug has lots of excercise videos.
