I need recipe ideas for serving two vegetarians, along with two people on a no/low sodium diet, plus needing to avoid all non heart healthy fats!
There will be at least 9 of us for Christmas Eve. supper. Thanks.

Bok choy my friend. sauted over a little olive oil or corn oil. No salt. Serve over steemed rice. Bok choy is high in protien and fiber for digestion. It’s probably the best vegetable to eat everyday.

Hi there; I don’t know if this will help you but try these cookies>>Peanut butter Cookies>>Oven 375* Bake Time 8-10 minutes>>>1 cup splenda>>1 cup peanut butter>> 1 egg >> 1 teaspoon vanilla>> Stir altogether until well blended, use a teaspoon and scoop the dough into your hand and roll into balls place onto ungreased cookie sheet and make a chris/ cross design on top of the cookies; then bake in the oven..You should get 12 cookies…I hope this helps you and Happy Holidays
